Hotel Hecco - Sarajevo

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are well-maintained and the modern design creates a bright and airy atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and attentive, making sure all your needs are met. Despite the absence of air conditioning, the hotel provides basic amenities like Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal, situated right in the center of the city on a hill, providing a scenic view.

All was satisfactory.

Restaurant Kibe Mahala, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the hotel. All the main sights, including bascarsija are right by the property.

The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful, the room was very nice and comfortable. The location of the hotel is good and the building itself is lovely.

Convenient location with a short walk to a popular lunch spot, Cevabdzinica Zeljo. the staff is super friendly and welcoming 😊.

Parking (garage) is within the premises of the hotel. For those traveling by car this is an enormous asset.

bathroom needs painting, two separet beds insetad french what I pay, no shower gel (1liter empty bottle !?!), poor breakfest

Great location in the center, just a short walk to tourist attractions. Clean hotel facilities with easy and secure parking. Breakfast is delicious and fresh, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Nothing all good.

Staff was very nice, breakfast was good, nothing fancy but eggs and all the usual stuff. Air conditioning in my room was good (it was a very hot few days), room was good size, alone but got double room because i requested air conditioning. A 10 minute walk to the main square, easy there but uphill back. No llift if you have big bags.

Friendly staff. Big room. Reasonably close (10 minute walk) to the old town.

The price was affordable and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was good too. The relation price-quality is definitely good!

If you want to go out for dinner, you have to walk for seven minutes to reach the centre, which is perfectly fine in summer, but maybe less so in winter

The breakfast was decent and there was a nice selection of food. The staff were also polite and friendly. The hotel was located close to the main square which made it easy to explore the city.

The room was not at all what we expected. The decor was outdated and the heating barely worked.

Hotel Hecco is good value for its quite low price. Reasonable location to visit the old town & good restaurants (10-15min by foot). Good WLAN access. Very helpful staff.

Breakfast poor. Rooms could be cleaner. Bed sheets had holes and couldn't be attached to the mattress so we had to sleep partly directly on the mattress.
